No Refund & Prepaid Orders Policy

Every medicine is hand-crafted in small batches using 100% natural ingredients and time-tested Ayurvedic methods. Due to the nature of our products and our commitment to purity, we follow a strict No Refund Policy.

1. Why We Accept Only Prepaid Orders

  • Fresh, Made-to-Order Preparation: Each remedy is prepared only after receiving your confirmed order to ensure maximum potency and freshness.
  • Ingredient Sourcing: We procure rare herbs and ingredients specifically for your order, often from trusted local farmers.
  • Avoiding Wastage: Prepaid orders help us minimize waste and maintain sustainable production practices.
  • Authenticity & Commitment: Ayurveda works best when followed with dedication. Prepaid orders reflect a customer's commitment to the healing process.

2. No Refund Policy

  • Health & Safety: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or resell any product once it has left our premises.
  • Custom Formulations: Many of our remedies are tailored to individual needs, making them unsuitable for resale.
  • Perishable Nature: Our medicines are free from preservatives and have a limited shelf life, so returns are not feasible.

3. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them. After this window, preparation begins and cancellation is not possible.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

While refunds are not offered, we will replace any item that arrives damaged or is incorrect due to our error. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
